By default, AWS SES places new accounts in a sandbox that limits sending to 200 emails per day and requires verified recipient addresses. CypherMail automates the sandbox exit process — we'll guide you through requesting production access and handle the verification steps so you can start sending at scale immediately.

Yes. CypherMail provides migration guides and scripts for SendGrid, Postmark, Resend, and other major providers. You can export your templates, webhooks, and suppression lists, and import them with a single CLI command. We also offer a migration support package for enterprise customers.

We retain all email metadata, delivery events, and analytics for 30 days on the Free and Starter plans, and 90 days on Professional and Business plans. You can also export your data at any time via the API or dashboard. For extended retention, contact our sales team.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for the CypherMail API and dashboard, measured on a calendar-month basis. Uptime is calculated as the percentage of time the API is available for authenticated requests. We publish real-time status at status.cyphermail.com and provide incident reports for any downtime.
